Initial consultation

We start providing services in each case with an initial consultation (book and pay conveniently here). During the first meeting, each client can count on:
- Initial analysis of documents and evidence in the case
- Przygotowanie planu działań oraz ustalenie kluczowych kwestii prawnych do dalszej analizy
- Estimation of further costs related to conducting the case
- Verification whether there is a conflict of interest in the case with other clients / matters of the Law Firm
- Ustalenie standardu dalszej obsługi prawnej (Standard/Platinium)
Cena obejmuje łącznie 90 minut (1,5h) pracy prawnika. Konsultacje wstępne zawsze prowadzone są przez założyciela Kancelarii – Radcę Prawnego Piotra Kłodzińskiego.

+ VAT
Current legal services for the company and conducting all matters (including disputes) related to the business activity or the company represented by the Client.
- Hourly rate calculated after completion of the initial consultation.
- Guaranteed order execution time - orders can be completed within 10 hours of a lawyer's work, within 4 business days.

- The service is charged after the initial consultation.
- Gwarantowany czas wykonania zlecenia – realizacja zleceń zazwyczaj tego samego dnia, a najdalej w ciągu 1 dnia roboczego. Dedykowane kanały kontaktu z kancelarią i priorytetowa obsługa.

Cennik usług prawnych dla firm rozpoczyna się od konsultacji wstępnej za 500 zł, obejmującej 90 minut pracy Radcy Prawnego – konsultacja taka może się odbyć tak online jak i stacjonarnie w siedzibie Kancelarii. Po umówieniu – oferujemy także spotkania w naszym biurze w Krakowie. Bieżąca obsługa prawna firm i ich spraw jest rozliczana po stawce 350 zł/h + VAT z gwarancją realizacji zleceń w ciągu 4 dni roboczych. Dla wyjątkowo wymagających Klientów, domagających się wyłącznie najwyższej jakości usług – mamy dedykowaną ofertę Platinium. Nasze usługi kosztują wówczas zainteresowanych – 650 zł/h + VAT. W zamian klienci Ci otrzymują niespotykane na rynku usługi – z gwarantowaną realizacją zleceń do 8h pracy prawnika tego samego dnia, a najdalej w ciągu 1 dnia roboczego. Byśmy mogli zapewnić taki standard świadczenia usług – klienci Platinium otrzymują dostęp do dedykowanych kanałów kontaktu i priorytetową obsługę.
