Depending on our level of involvement (especially financial), it is worth consulting its content with a professional in concluding and terminating agreements \u2013 such as a legal counsel.<\/p>\n<p>A signature on a contract is not merely a graphical mark. It signifies that we are entering into both the rights and obligations set out within it. Based on the contract, the other party can expect a specific course of action from us \u2013 under threat of legal enforcement, as well as being held liable for its absence. Contracts that we sign must be read carefully, regardless of how trivial the matters they concern may seem. Sometimes, contract templates are imposed upon us. However, these are not always rigid frameworks that cannot be modified, and if <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/klodzinskikancelaria.pl\/en\/uslugi-prawne\/commercial-real-estate-lease-agreements-in-warsaw\/\" class=\"ek-link\">commercial premises lease agreement<\/a><\/strong> contains provisions that we do not like - you should absolutely refuse to sign such a contract.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"zasada-swobody\">The principle of freedom of contract and its limits<\/h2>\n<p>As a general principle, the so-called principle of freedom of contract applies to the shaping of the content of agreements. According to it, the parties may arrange their legal relationship according to their discretion, as long as its content or purpose does not contradict:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>properties (nature) of the relationship,<\/li>\n<li>neither act<\/li>\n<li>principles of social coexistence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It should be remembered that by entering into an agreement, the contracting parties enter into a relationship. The principles of social coexistence and established customs come to the rescue.
